Delivery

1  The delivery of the ordered products will be made through the courier company FAN COURIER or Sameday, to the address mentioned at the time of placing the order.

2  Normal delivery on the territory of Romania will be carried out within 2-5 working days from the processing of the order. Order processing takes between 0-2 days.

3 The transport payment is 22 RON (VAT included) regardless of the quantity and distance for the area where the courier company operates.

Return of products

The return of products is subject to the conditions provided by GEO 34/2014 regarding the legal regime of distance contracts, with subsequent additions and changes.

According to Romanian legislation, you can return purchased products within 14 days of purchase, without justifying your return decision.

The only costs that can be borne by you, the consumer, are the direct costs of returning the products.

If you want to give up a product, please send us a notice by email or phone call, announcing your desire/intention to give up the product.

If the returned product is damaged, has clear signs of use and cannot be sold as a new product we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the price difference between a new product and a previously used product or, if it is in a state that does not allow us to resell it, we reserve the right to refuse the product.

The legal deadline for returning products is 14 calendar days from their receipt. Complete the product form and write down your IBAN account, in which you want the refund of the amount related to the returned products. If an IBAN account is not mentioned, we will send you a request in this regard, by e-mail or we will contact you by phone.

Reimbursement of the product value will be made within 30 calendar days after receiving the return, by bank transfer (the customer must specify in writing the bank account in which he wishes to receive the money). If the product is returned in an unsalable condition, we will reship the product to you at your expense without refund.

Reimbursement is made only by Bank Transfer (for this, we need your IBAN code, made up of 24 characters that you fill in the return form)

Do not send the return package with cash on delivery, it will be refused without any further notification.

If you benefited from free shipping on an order greater than 250 lei, and after returning, the value of the products becomes less than 250 lei, the advantage of free shipping is lost. The amount of 25 Ron will be deducted from the return value of the products.

If you do not pack properly to protect the returned products, the courier is entitled not to take over, at the expense of arabianretreat.ro, the goods notified for return. If you send the products improperly packed for protection, by another method (another courier, Romanian post, personal delivery, etc.) you are liable for any damage, defects, incompleteness found upon receipt of the return.

The above provisions do not refer to the original packaging of the products, but to any packaging that, according to the courier standards specified on the courier’s page, is able to protect the products according to their specifics (material, dimensions, etc.).

Arabianretreat.com reserves the right not to accept products that have undergone unauthorized interventions, those that show signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, chips, bumps, mechanical/electrical shocks, products that are missing accessories, worn products, etc.

 The following product categories cannot be returned:

 – Products with damaged or missing identification labels cannot be returned.

 – Candles or products that have already been lit, used or show signs of use cannot be returned.

 – We also reserve the right to refuse to accept the return in case of abuse (repeated returns).

 – If a type of discount was used for the purchase of the products, it will not be returned. Thus, the amount actually paid will be what the customer recovers.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer.

The products that are the subject of the return will be sent by courier services approved by arabianretreat.ro.

Return by Romanian post is not accepted!

Return via other courier companies – the price of the return and its cost will be borne by you or charged from the total value of the refund.

In case of choosing another courier service, the transport costs, for the return of the products, will be fully borne by the buyer. 

Returning the value of the products

The return of the value of the products accepted by arabianretreat.ro as a return will be made within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of termination of the contract by the buyer, without being requested from him other expenses related to the reimbursement of the amounts.

Arabianretreat.ro will return the money paid by the buyer by:

Bank transfer: from the arabianretreat.ro account to the customer’s account (the account from which the payment was made or to the iban account mentioned on the return form).
